Our story
A little bakery with a big oven habit
Crumb & Co started in 2016 with a borrowed mixer and a stubborn sourdough starter we named Agnes. Today she’s still going strong, leavening every loaf we bake on Raeburn Place.
We mill a portion of our own flour, source butter from a Perthshire dairy, and proof everything slow and cold so the flavour has time to bloom. Nothing leaves the bench it wasn’t shaped by hand.
